Behind the Design
An immersive evening inspired by the romance
and grandeur of Venice.
Great event design begins with an idea - then brings together color, florals, lighting, and detail to transform a space. For the 56th Annual Boca Raton Regional Hospital Ball, Dalsimer brought the atmosphere of Venice to life inside the Mizner Center at Boca Raton Resort & Club.
As the sun set, the ceremony came alive with candlelight, glowing details and cascading greenery. A four-post canopy framed the vows, creating an intimate garden-like setting.
Start with the Vision
Floral design is part of the larger story of a celebration. The right flowers can help create a romantic, elegant, dramatic, or completely personal atmosphere, tying the overall look and vision of an event together.
The best designs begin with a conversation - understanding what you love, what inspires you, and how you want the space to feel.
The Palette
Teal, magenta, plum, burgundy, and silver created a rich jewel-toned palette throughout the space.
Lush florals of roses, orchids, hydrangeas, lisianthus, delphinium, and other vibrant blooms were layered with Venetian masks, mercury glass, and candlelight.
More than 1,000 classic Tivoli lights were suspended overhead, creating the atmosphere of Piazza San Marco.
Layered with dramatic LED lighting, florals, candlelight, and architectural décor, the ballroom became its own little piece of Venice.
The Final Transformation
The most memorable celebrations aren’t simply designed. They’re thoughtfully layered, beautifully considered, and made to feel like a world of their own.
Your celebration, thoughtfully designed.
